The Beast. This is one of many times I almost lost my beast of a car. For those who never seen my car let me describe it for you. It was a 1984 Buick LeSabre. Literally a box on wheel. Fit 3 people in the front and 4 or 5 people in the back. Comfortably. And I?m sure like 5 bodies in the trunk. ? not that I tried or anything?.hehehe..Well In the winter it became my 1000 lbs sled as I attempted to stay on the road.
Well on this particular day we wanted to go sledding so we drove down to the lake were the best hill in the area was. Of course, rather then park a safe distance away I parked right on the hill and slid down into a snow bank. Being the bright guy that I was, I figure if I floored it I could get out. Well it turns out when you floor a rear wheel drive car on ice it just fish tails all over the place. So about two months ago, I had this idea to quit my job and run a web start up company. I guess I was tired of changing jobs every couple of months, so I figured why not try to do my own thing for a while and see how it goes. Its been hard work and often times frustrating, but things are starting to come together a little bit. I haven't made much money, but I didn't expect to make any quickly. These kind of things always take time.

But all and all its been an interesting experiment in terms of discovering who you are. Its been a nice change to work on a project that I care about and I find that I have to force myself to stop working and do something else at 5PM or I would probably spend all on it. Hopefully everything ends up turning out alright.
