Original Memory Interview Question

What can you remember about your first encounter with some form of death?

Her Response:

Yes, you never liked getting kisses from any of us, which of course caused me to try to aggrevate you as much as possible! I had to chase you to give you the wettest, sloppiest kiss I could! Just to see the YUK face and the wipe off....what a cute kid you were!

From (Pets in My life)
Original Memory Interview Question

Who and what are, or have been, the pets you have had in your life?

Her Response:

We have owned SO many pets over the years that it's hard to keep track. And most of them have died in horrific accidents... My parents would buy us replacement animals for the ones that died... And so, if I had to guess, I would say that we've owned, at least, a hundred animals ranging from hamsters, guinea pigs, dwarf hamsters, fish, hermit crabs, parakeets, snakes, rats, small and large dogs, cats, frogs, turtles, mice, and bunny rabbits... I'm sure I'm missing a few....

Original Memory Interview Question

Did your parents have any interesting stories to tell about the day you were born?

His Response:

My mom was anesthetized in an operating room and my dad wasn't allowed anywhere near the birth. So, nothing interesting from them on that day. Things have changed since then.

From (Early Life)
Original Memory Interview Question

Did you look like anyone else in your family? What are some unique genetic traits that run in your family?

His Response:

Well, back then, every guy had a buzz cut. That was your full range of choices. So, because of my big round head, I kinda looked like my dad. Now, 50+ years later, I notice the resemblance to my dad even more. It's in the eyes, I think.

From (Spirituality)
Original Memory Interview Question

What life lessons and teachings in the past have lead you to your views about religion? Is there one story or memory that converted you into a particular faith? Please share these for you may just inspire others to follow your belief.

His Response:

Marriage, the births of three children, the death of one child; those are the events that have mostly driven me in my religious views. Miracles happen. Witnessing childbirth has proven that to me.
