In my second summer as an intern at Compuware, the pistons won the title. So they had a huge parade downtown Detroit.

It was soo packed and crowded and I recall the day was rediculously hot.

Mostly everyone from Compuware was down there because most of the employees are extremely bored with their work and managers down there (Except for File-Aid/CS, they rock). So I was bumping into people left and right at the parade.

I mostly wanted to post this memory so Dania signs up. She can give her version of the memory

My friend Dania convinced me and her boyfriend and her sister to go see Michael Flattleys Lord of the Dance. I love the riverdance song and I really wanted to hear it live or whatever and the tickets were cheap so I decided to go. I wasnt impressed at all with the show. Mostly Dave (her boyfriend and I) made fun of it and tried to see just how bad the flutists were panamiming.

The funny part of the night was when everyone was trying to exit the parking lot. Not having anything to drink (I am just a weirdo like this). I ran up in front of numerous cars and stopped them dead in their tracks doing the type of Irish Jigging that was going on in the dance show. All of my friends couldnt believe their eyes at how freaking funny this was. The people in the cars rooted me on. I mean I wouldnt have done this had the parking lot not been jam packed. I love being random and doing weird things.

One time I went to a brittish scary movie with an english friend and it was the funniest thing seeing all the americans being shocked in the first scene when they show the guy naked.

She also was missing the UK because of all the food that was in the movie.

But about halway into the movie (I was enjoying it a lot because the zombies run in this movie). My cell phone rang on full blast during one of the quiet parts.

It rang the james bond theme song! The guy that called was a buddy who I worked with as an intern at Compuware. I barely even know the guy and he is calling me on a friday night seeing if I want to play drinking games.

I WAS SO PISSED AND EMBARRASED.

I used to love this crazy and cheesy movie called Killer Klowns From Outer Space and was so happy when it came out on DVD.

My favorite scene is probably when this killer klown goes into a drug store and screws it all up, he also acts as if he is a movable Clown waving. I also loved their noises and communications that they had with each other. Another good scene was the final scene when the people go to their mother ship and save the planet by poking a huge clown's nose with a pin.

The movie is total cheesballish, but to this day I still love it.

dan10878 and I used to watch it off of a really bad VHS tape that had really bad tracking and sound. Thanks lellel for showing us this sweet movie.

On the day I had planned to ask Susan to marry me, I took her up from our friend Cynthia's cabin up to Mackinac island because it was only a few hours away from there and we wouldnt have to do any crazy driving to get there. We arrived at the island and she was super excited because this was her one vacation of the summer and it was just for a short amount of time.

We got to the island and the first thing we did was rent some bikes. She probably had wished that I had gotten the two seater so I could do all of the work. We began our bike ride going northwest on the island and about 10 minutes into it we saw my friend Eugene from work ride passed us. His girlfriend Allyssa yelled at me and they then biked toward us. I was very surprised that he took his girlfriend up there too. I was also worried that he was going to say something about us getting engaged because a few days earlier word had gotten out that I had purchased some bling bling.

All went well and later we
