In my second summer as an intern at Compuware, the pistons won the title. So they had a huge parade downtown Detroit.

It was soo packed and crowded and I recall the day was rediculously hot.

Mostly everyone from Compuware was down there because most of the employees are extremely bored with their work and managers down there (Except for File-Aid/CS, they rock). So I was bumping into people left and right at the parade.

I mostly wanted to post this memory so Dania signs up. She can give her version of the memory

well tonight i had quite the experience. i left work a little early to make it home so there would be enough sunlight left in the evening to provide me with atleast an hour and a half of ride time.. according to weather.com sunset was at 9:11 but we all know they are full of shit to begin with. well i took matters into my own hands and decided that since the clouds cleared in the area i was riding that i would gain some time.. little did i know that i pretty much suck.
anyways ive been riding these trails near my house which are amazing. they are the pinckney/waterloo recreation area trails. check out this link to get a feel for how massive these trails are. there are over 70 miles worth of trails.. what im linking you to are the waterloo trails alone.. this doesnt include all of the other trails in the area that all connect. atleast the map doesnt include them. I just thought of this...It was the year the Green Day headlined the Warped Tour (I think it was 98). The Mighty Mighty Bosstones were playing on one stage, and I thought Green Day was going to play after one more band after the Bosstones. I figured I'd stay up at the fgront of the pit so I wouldn't have to push back through to get to the front when Green Day played. After the Bosstones set, Dicky yelled "Thank you guys so much! Take care and give it up for Green Day!" or something like that. I was confused because I thought Green Day was after one more band, which would make it so they were playing on that stage. Then, in my ear I heard the opening chords to "Welcome To Paradise". I immediately went into a frenzy, and I knew tha I had to run all the way over to the other stage, and push my way through to the front. I vividly remember hanging out with my Best Friend Nick for the first time. We mostly just goofed off all day up in his upstairs bedroom. And right away he had to show off how he wrestled with his dog Domino. I basically was ended up crying I was laughing soo hard at him.

I think later that day we played some Atari Games like Knight Rider and maybe even some kind of board games.

This was probably one of the first times I had ever spent the night at other peoples houses. At night, we would have to be super quiet and not even a mouse fart would be heard upstairs because he didnt want to wake his parents.

We mostly talked about girls that night. But I really miss those good old days with my Best Friend Nick

One night I brought out my friend Michelle and my Best Friend Nick out to canada. At this point they had hung out a little and were even dating for a bit. my friend Michelle thought he was really cute, but he just wasnt her type or something.

Anyway, so we all go out as minors over to Canada and it was a totally wild night.

• Michelle ended up peeing on a tree in a church lawn!!
• She borrowed Nicks Sweater and never gave it back (Having Kristen give it to him at U of M)
• And just some crazy times at the bars. I think we were out until 4 AM.

Maybe you two can give me more insight by giving your recollection of the night. Love you guys.
