hmm dave has asked to take walks this week which have been awesome. i just remember walking outside after being locked in the office all day and taking a deep breathe of air and remembering how blissful it was.. i think everyone should take time out of their day and even though its a common day to day thing, they should take a few deep breathes of fresh air to relax and let their mind wonder.
