I remember this one day at Burt, when the teachers decided to make an event where they dumped a bunch of garbage out out near the basketball courts and let the kids make stuff out of it.  I dont remember what the other kids made because I was focused on making a sweet Robot that was taller than myself out of all this junk.  I am sure I probably had lunch after the event without even washing my hands (who knows?).

So this sweet robot was soo cool that I took it home on the bus with me.  And of course, my mom didnt want anything to do with it and told me I couldnt take it into the house.  So basically my brother and I just shot it with the BB gun in the backyard and we trashed it all to hell.  It was funny.  I just thought it was hilarious how I took it home with me on the bus.

One time I was at Rani's house for her graduation party. I was over there early, maybe helping get everythign set up. Then her brothers girlfriend starts her brothers car up and blazes out of the drivway to go and get some plates at the store or something. Only she wasnt looking at took out my left rear bumper and scraped it all to hell. I just had getten this car 3 or 4 months ago!

So, months and weeks later I still maybe only saw 100 bucks out of the 650 I paid to get it fixed. Maybe 6 months later I tracked them down apartment complex and after about 50 lies that the skank had given me about how she would pay me back she finally submits and pays me nothing. I was so frustrated with the fact that I could sue her

One time Doug and his buddies had acquired some BB guns. They were out shooting one day and they apparently went to a sewer plant and they shot these damn bottles full of holes. All this bleach was leaking out and an employee picked up one of the se bottles of bleach and it ruined his pants. I reprimanded them and disciplined them as well as bought the guy a new pair of pants.

The BB gun thing kept on going. talorp85gt and his buddies shot cars driving by. And I had to buy rear glass for the car that they shot up.

I also had a barn that had broken windows and I bought some new ones. About a week later. And there was holes in it. Now Mike shot it all up!! Give a kid a BB gun and he will shoot holes in it. Things never change. Kids will always get into mischief.

One time I had a track meet and a band concert in the same night.  My plan was to bring my trumpet case to the track field and then change and go into the concert with trumpet in hand.

Things went wayyy wrong though, because Coach had me run the 800 meter run.  I took first place in it and ran about 2 minutes.  But then had to get to the auditorium to play.  So I whipped out my trumpet and ran into the auditorium that was entirely packed with people because this concert was a combined concert of 8th graders, 5th graders, 9th graders and seniors to hear the differences.

So basically the whole entire crowd was staring at me in my short daisy dukes as I walked with my trumpet.  I swear everyone was waiting for me, because my part for this one song was sooo important.  The song started off hitting a High C, which takes a lot of breath.

Afterward, I almost blacked out because of my loss of air.  It was really weird, but I was surprisingly not . . . Read More..

This morning after leaving my daughters place near Walton Rd. and Baldwin Rd. in North Oakland County Michigan, I drove north on Baldwin Rd. passed some old familiar places I had frequented a long time ago when I was only 15 years of age. Being now 82 years past and having been mostly absent during my retirement for the past 20 years or so, I am truly amazed at the changes of lifestyles and "technology" that has taken place here.

Crossing Clarkston Rd, I recalled 67 years ago driving a herd of sheep around that curve following in a 1938 dodge pickup.

This morning it would be impossible in the bumper to bumper traffic that I found myself in.

It was 1939 that I as a young lad moved on to a large farm including that road intersection. My father moved the family there from the dust bowl of the mid west seeking a better life in a more progressive world. There he became a sheepherder of the farms flock.

At that time the farm was owned by the JL HUdson Merchantile Co and . . . Read More..
