This is weird!

I remember when I was a kid that my brother Dan and I would go take a wiz together.  Talk about a once in a lifetime event.

I have no clue why we would do this, but it wasnt a big deal.  We would go against the golden rule of not crossing the streams.

I am just wondering what the purpose of going pee together was?  Interesting memory..... but it happened and thus it must be posted!

When my mom was going through dental school she did lots of tests on me to learn. Meaning she cleaned my teeth a lot.



On one particular occasion, she probably was scraping near my gums and since at the time I didnt floss much, they started bleeding a lot.



I always try to blame her and tell her that she cut my gums.



I also remember whenever I would get my teeth cleaned in her office I would take the air suction and make it suck out all of my air in my lungs.



Other things I would do when my mom is cleaning my teeth would I used to gleek on her and laugh.



Man I am a jerk.



For those of you who dont know what gleeking is, it is when you can control your salivary glands to spit out a little saliva kind of like how a snake would.



Fun stuff.

I think it was Halloween 1994 when I first beat Final Fantasy 3 for SNES. I thought it was the coolest ending ever. Before we were trick or treating I think I was on the last battle and I had to pause it. I went trick or treating with Steve Trevaskis and Adam Pearsal, I think. After we trick or treated I came back and beat the game and it was the coolest feeling. I don't think there is a better game ending out there for the time that this came out. I am such a total dork that I still enjoy listening to the music from FF3 while I am at work. I remember I used to name all of the characters after my friends and the female characters after girls that I liked. I named the character "Locke" Noel.

It was Dave's 25th birthday. We were at Susan's Apt in Ann Arbor. Dave had been drinking pretty steadily all night. Kate and I made Dave a particularly strong drink. We put every type of alcohol in the drink along with a splash of coke.



At some point we sung Happy Birtday and cut the cake. Due to crowd request, I cut loose on the second half of the song and sung "Happy Fucking Birthday Muther Fucker." It was pretty hillarious, Dave's parents were there and everything.



Later that night right before Dave puked over the balcony, I got him to sing "Zombie" by The Cranberries. I knew this was going to be pretty interesting, Dave couldn't even stand up, let alone sing. I was stone cold sober because I was driving Kate home. Both Dave and I mumbled our way through the song. I mumbled because I just mumble, Dave was mumbling because he was waisted. I don't remember much about this day. What I do remember is that my Dad let me drive his Suburban. I drove through Chestnut Hills and on to Maybee Road headed towards Dixie Highway. I probably drove to Todd Bauer's house. I remember as I was turning onto Maybee that I just had this incredible feeling of independence. It is a feeling like nothing I have felt before or since. It was genuinely a rite of passage for me. It's funny how you just want to grow up when you are young and be independent but then as you get older you wish you had less obligations and that someone could take care of your needs. As I drove out of my subdivision I was making the transition from my youth to adulthood.
