In 2006 newsie682 and my friend Kelly had a nice Christmas dinner with Luke and Kate , and Jillian and Allen and Susan and I over. I mostly wanted to upload the photos cause most of the night we just opened presents, chit chatted and relaxed at her house.

The one interesting thing I remember was the appletini's that someone made. I was drinking one of these as all the girls were opening presents and it totally went down the wrong tube. Because of all the sugar content in those things, I coughed horrendously for at least 10 or 15 minutes. I am glad I didnt die right there in the christmas presents.

I remember when I came home from our marching band trip to London after New Year's Day, 1994.  My parents picked me up at the airport.  I was glad to be back and see them again.  However, they had some bad news for me.  While I was in London, Whiskey (the family dog) died.  I was deeply saddened by this but he had been getting older his health was failing.  My parents cheered me up by taking me to the Summit Place Mall and buying me a Super Nintendo game.  It was Clayfighter.

I remember really liking the game and I was surprised by the intro music of the game which actually had voices singing; that was the first time I had heard that on a video game.

I didn't have to wait long to get a replacement for Whiskey.  A few months later we got a little black labrador for $35 and named him "Shemp".

The Beast. This is one of many times I almost lost my beast of a car. For those who never seen my car let me describe it for you. It was a 1984 Buick LeSabre. Literally a box on wheel. Fit 3 people in the front and 4 or 5 people in the back. Comfortably. And I?m sure like 5 bodies in the trunk. ? not that I tried or anything?.hehehe..Well In the winter it became my 1000 lbs sled as I attempted to stay on the road.
Well on this particular day we wanted to go sledding so we drove down to the lake were the best hill in the area was. Of course, rather then park a safe distance away I parked right on the hill and slid down into a snow bank. Being the bright guy that I was, I figure if I floored it I could get out. Well it turns out when you floor a rear wheel drive car on ice it just fish tails all over the place. I?m going to leave out all the names in this one but it kind of funny. Something only 4 teenagers that are bored would do. Well to set the mood it was winter in Michigan. About 6 inches or more snow on the ground and the roads were covered in ice. A few of us wanted to get together and have a fest. A fest is a video game get together were we just played 4 player battle games for hours on end after school. Well one friend, who will remain nameless, wanted to stay home and make a snowman. Well we weren?t going to have any of that. So later that day we went over to his house and beat down his snowman with a bat.
The next day we went to school and bragged about how we demolished his snowman. He said that he built it back up already. This just pissed us off. So after school we rushed over to his house only to see his snowman standing there but it was turned to ice. He actually covered it with water. And it froze.

So one night I had yet another Lavalife girl that I was dating.  This girl was cool, her name was Susan... but she liked to be called Sue.  She was pretty manly and her chin reminded me of Kenny Martin, a guy I grew up with. 

She was kind of older and that night we watched Lord of The Rings and hung out a little.

Anyways, after I left, I decided to go to my favorite bar (JD's Key club) and I called up my best friend neo_trek  and had him meet us up there.

Since my hair was all messed up from a bad hair day, I told Clingan to let me borrow his favorite winter hat.  We were basically wandering around, when I bumped into my friend Luke from Cross Country.

He had brought his grilfriend Kate and Kate brought her Hot sister along.

I immediately fell in love with this girl, she was soo freaking beautiful and I got so excited talking to her.  We had a lot in common and were both about to graduate from Oakland this next semester.
