At one of my first basketball games I made a very big mistake.

Someone had fouled Kevin Shear and it was one of those fouls where you took the ball out on your own side.

Well me being the distracted type, forgot which side we were actually shooting on and sprinted across the court really fast. Apparently the whole crowd was yelling at the top of their lungs for me to stop.

But I just blocked them out. It was my moment of glory. So I did a layup on the other teams basket.

It really sucked and what was BS was the fact that the referees didnt even take it back.

I really had a lot of fun at Saturday games. I loved getting to these high school gyms beforehand and I liked wandering around hanging out with my teammates. Practice was a lot of fun too. I miss basketball. I just wish I had missed that shot that day.

My friend Kevin, my best friend Nickand I used to ride our bike around his neighborhood playing kick the can. We would kick over garbage cans and also kick newspapers off of the mailboxes because it was hilarious and exciting.

It was exciting when we would piss someone off really bad. I remember a few people yelling and chasing us. I also remember me almost getting caught by the guy. At least it wasnt damaging too much. Just causing a fair amount of havoc. Oh well boys will be boys.

I vividly remember hanging out with my Best Friend Nick for the first time. We mostly just goofed off all day up in his upstairs bedroom. And right away he had to show off how he wrestled with his dog Domino. I basically was ended up crying I was laughing soo hard at him.

I think later that day we played some Atari Games like Knight Rider and maybe even some kind of board games.

This was probably one of the first times I had ever spent the night at other peoples houses. At night, we would have to be super quiet and not even a mouse fart would be heard upstairs because he didnt want to wake his parents.

We mostly talked about girls that night. But I really miss those good old days with my Best Friend Nick

Gladly my uncle Paul loves me and trusts me enough to watch over his house for the weekend. I am a respectful house sitter, hell even right now at this moment I am watching my aunt Bec's house.

Anyways, Paul didnt care whether I had friends over his house or not. So I had Clingan, his girlfriend, kshear , Stacey and myself over for a barbeque. We got plastered there and toward the end of the night kshear and I decide that we want to go outside running.... IN THE NUDE.

We get down to the bottom of his driveway and Stacy gave the on your marks and spontaneously kshear and I take off our bathing suits and book it down the street at 2 AM buck naked. He totally blew me out. I swear we have done this before with him. Kshear is the type of friend that you just do some crazy things around because his personality rubs off on you.

A few weeks pass and Paul talks to me and says that his 65 year old neighbor witnessed the whole thing and was inquiring about it. Gladly Paul is not . . . Read More..

A few months ago I heard that Taproot was coming to the Detroit area at a really cheap price. Since there are some fellow rockers at my job at Chimes, I emailed them all and organized this concert. Unfortunately my buddy Andy didnt know whether the Pistons would be home that day and he had to give up his tickets.

Anyway in place of Andy, I brought my friend John as well as wrath ,my boss John and Matt's buddy Dan.

The opening bands werent that great. I think one band's name was Dirty Americans. So mostly me and my friends just bullshitted and talked. John totally stood out as an older dude, but thats because he wore slacks and a dress shirt. Come on John? Wheres your Distrurbed t-shirt?

I also saw my barber in the crowd and it was totally random because Matt was making fun of my "Jim Carey in Dumb and Dumber" hair cut.

During those two bands I freaking was downing these huge missles that contained Fosters and those totally got me toasted for Taproot.
